Question about New York, New York. (hotel)?

I'm doing a research about New York, New York and its asking me to list one hotel on the left and one hotel on the right side of New York, New York. The hint that they gave me was to search for a map of Las Vegas strip. That makes no sense at all. Any help is appreciated.

p.s. yes i can go to google and put in hotel in new york, new york, but it won't help me to determine which side the hotel is on. thanksQuestion about New York, New York. (hotel)?
"New York, New York" is a hotel/casino in Las Vegas.

Cities aren't described in terms of left and right. The are described in terms of north and south and/or east and west.

Streets are described as right or left ("on the left side of the street").

The Las Vegas Strip is Las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada where there are a lot of hotels and casinos. If you are looking at Las Vegas Blvd (the strip) on a map where north is up, the New York New York Hotel and Casino is on the left (west) side of the strip. The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is right across the street.Question about New York, New York. (hotel)?
